Deleting Your Account

How to delete​

Account deletion is handled through support. Contact support@adorii.ai from your registered email address and request account deletion.

Before you delete​

Cancel your subscription before requesting deletion. If you have an active subscription, you may still be billed for the current period after your account is deleted. See Managing Your Subscription.

What happens to your data​

When your account is deleted:

  • All conversation history is permanently removed
  • All memory data (facts, summaries) is deleted
  • Your account information is erased
  • Purchased companion slots are forfeited
  • This action is permanent and cannot be undone

Timeline​

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
