Reporting and Appeals

How to report

If you encounter content or behavior that violates Adorii's moderation policies, report it by emailing support@adorii.ai. Include:

  • Your account email
  • A description of the issue
  • Screenshots if applicable
  • The approximate date and time of the incident

Appeals process

If your account has been warned or suspended and you believe the action was taken in error, you can appeal by emailing support@adorii.ai with the subject line "Appeal." Include your account email and a description of why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.

Adorii does not proactively read user conversations. Human review of conversation content only occurs when:

  • You submit a report
  • An automated system flags a potential Three Red Lines violation
  • You explicitly consent to review (for example, during an appeal)

Response time

The support team aims to respond to reports and appeals within 48 hours. Eternal plan members receive priority support and may get faster responses.
