Voice Chat Troubleshooting

No audio playing

  • Make sure your device volume is turned up and not muted.
  • Check that your browser has permission to play audio (some browsers block autoplay).
  • Try refreshing the page.
  • Confirm you are on a plan that includes voice chat. See Supported Plans.

Choppy or stuttering audio

  • Check your internet connection — voice streaming requires a stable connection.
  • Close other tabs or applications that may be using bandwidth.
  • Try switching to a wired connection if you are on Wi-Fi.

Lip sync not matching

  • Lip sync relies on the 3D avatar rendering smoothly. If your device is under heavy load, animations may lag behind audio.
  • Try closing other browser tabs to free up resources.
  • Make sure hardware acceleration is enabled in your browser settings.

Voice button not visible

  • The voice button only appears if your plan includes voice chat (Bond, Devoted, or Eternal).
  • If you unlocked voice via referral, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in.

  • Firefox
  • Safari
  • Edge

Some mobile browsers have limited audio playback support. If you experience issues on mobile, try using Chrome.
