Known Issues

The following are known issues the team is aware of and actively working on.

Mobile browser limitations

Some mobile browsers have reduced WebGL performance, which can cause lower frame rates on 3D avatars. For the best experience on mobile, use Chrome.

Voice chat browser support

Voice chat works best on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Some less common browsers may have issues with audio playback or streaming. If voice is not working, try switching to Chrome.

Memory takes time to build

Memory does not kick in after one message. It takes several conversations for your companion to build a meaningful picture of who you are. This is by design — give it a few sessions and you will notice your companion referencing past details.

Scene loading on slower connections

Mood scenes may take a moment to load on slower internet connections, especially the first time. Once loaded, scenes are cached and will load faster on subsequent visits.
